General Features

Waynelink is a pumps concentrator that allows the communication between any Automation System and the Wayne pumps in a safe, accurate and reliable way.

Based on an industrial PC architecture, Waynelink was designed to operate in adverse environments with total security.

The PC connection is made through a RS-232 serial port and a protocol that ensures data integrity.

The current version allows the control of up to 128 nozzles (16 pumps) by means of two independent communication channels and is able to store the last 100 fueling operations performed, also having a database with lane configuration.

The equipment also controls the pump's operation (full-serve, post-pay and pre-pay modes) making the application more flexible.

With Waynelink you can link several Wayne pumps' models without changing hardware or software settings.

The Applications can communicate with Waynelink in two ways:

• Directly through the serial port
• Through a file exchange protocol using a Waynelink AP software module, developed to this end (optional).

• It provides an interface with electronic meters of OPW/Petrovend and Veeder-root tanks (in final development phase).

General Features

Waynelink AP is an application software developed to control the fuel pumps connected to the Waynelink device.

Using this application makes the development and maintenance of station management applications easier, because it implements a very simple, safe and versatile communications layer.

The communication between the application and Waynelink AP is made through a file exchange process, in which all Waynelink functions, as well as the pump data, are made available.

Configuration

The initial configuration mode allows the setting of all Waynelink parameters so as to reflect the station's configuration characteristics and its operation system.

You can define the amount of fueling points, the types of pumps managed, their means of operation and their connection system.



Seamless Operation

In its normal operation, Waynelink AP runs seamlessly and displays as an icon in Windows taskbar.



In the maximized mode, it displays the status of the pumps.



Warranty

Wayne provides a 6 months and over-the-counter warranty for the equipment.
